2.0 n/a auto to 5-speed swap?

i seen a lot of awd swaps. but im getting ready to start changing over from auto to stick. and want to make sure. i have everything i need. including interior parts. can someone please give m a list. im am over the auto.i have went through 2 in a year. thanks

dont take this the wrong way, but its not worth all the trouble of doing the swap. T/E/L 1Gs are soo easy to find in NT and 5spd its not even funny. Do ur self a favor and buy one with a 5 spd tranny. If you need a FWD tranny i got a GST 1G tranny 4 sale.

i know that it is kind of a pain.and a lot of work. but i already have a lot of time and money in this car and im not giving up now.
