stalling out in gear with clutch pushed in

ok, somethimes, usually only when im parallel parking, the car will stall out when i stop in gear and the clutch is pushed in, it doesnt do it all the time, only sometimes, usually in reverse, but when i was parallel parking the other day it did it in first too, i went to reverse and started backing into the spot, i come to a stop to go to first and finish up and it stalls in reverse with the clutch to the floor, i start it again, go forward and it does the same thing in first, then does it again in reverse
now it doesnt do it all the time, i back into a parking spot every nite when i come home and its only done it twice except for when im parallel parking, it does maybe 2 of every 3 times i parellel park, it seems to only do it if i go into reverse at a real low rpm and then stop while in gear with the clutch in
the clutch seems ok, it still grabs pretty hard and the tranny usually doesnt grind(although the tranny isnt in the best shape), im just trying to figure out what the problem is so i know what i have to replace, its probally the clutch but i dont want to buy a new 2600lb only to find its the tranny
so if anyone has seen this happen bffore or has any info or ideas as to what the problem might be i appriciate ur help and imput

no onw knows anything about this? i was thinking it might be the throw out berring because it doesnt do it all the time and it occasionaly and randonly seems really hard to get it into gear, like the clutch isnt fully engaging

never mind, i found the problem whilw building my home depot intake eariler, the bushing that connects my clutch line to my trans is completly shot, its a ring around the pin with no rubber left inbetween, the clutch sometimes doesnt fully disengage because the rin slips sideways in the pin, ill adjust my clutch and order new solid bushings
