Weak Points/ Clutch

Well my sotcker is gone to shit and its time for a upgrade. Now for the longest time i was going to go with the ACT 2600, but i hear some say that a 2600 is to much of a shock and will start to rip shit up, but i think im ok with a 2600 since im AWD anyways and i dont like the 5,000 Drop launches. So am i ok with the ACT 2600?

And second of all i dont know really anything about Transmissions and i would like to. When the power starts to build what are the weak points in the DSM Trans, what could be done to help this out.? Thanks for the help?

there have been posts about this before, but the ACT 2600 has been spoken highly of by all AWD's.. FWD it's a little too much, but since the stock clutch sucks for AWD's, the 2600 makes it smooth and the way it should be.

go with the 2600. The first time you drive the car the clutch will be really hard but after about a day of driving you get use to it.

I dont care how hard the clutch is i just dont want to make a stupid move and hurt anything

My Tranny just died and I have an ACT 2600 clutch. I'm assuming its due to the age of the tranny and how hard the previous owner ran it. The clutch is about 1 yr old. I think the best thing eventually is to get a B&M tranny or other racing tranny, especialy if you daily drive it, even though I've heard of those and others breaking too. Oh well.
