Alright... awhile back... (like 4 months ago) i pulled my transmission out of my 91 awd.... and when i put it back together and started it the bellhousing had the most aweful sound come out of it and the clutch wouldnt disengage.... finially i got around to pulling out the transmission agian just yesterday... and after looking at it i still see nothing wrong! the only thing i questioned was when the had the pressure plate tightened down the diaphram springs were not sticking up at all.. there were already flattened down and i thought they had to stick up a little when the clutch was engaged... any ideas or what might be the problem here? o yea... my bellhousing thats on there was cracked from top to bottom then welded shut before i got the car.... would that affect anything like this?
