Well,

You basically want to make sure the master cylinder has an appropriate level of fluid, you need someone to push the pedal down and someone at the slave to open the bleeder while the pedal is down, you want to close it after the fluid and or air comes out, have the person bring the pedal up, have him pump it a few times to make sure it will build pressure, and you basically keep repeating it till you have a pedal.
