When I upshift to 3rd.. if I don't hold in the shifter until I let off the clutch, it pops right out. Second, I can't downshift into third unless I double clutch it. Thanks for any help:)
 
Sounds like something is not quite right inside........it is hard to say just what it is. if it is not a simple adjustment then it might be time for a rebuild......
