Car grinds going into 1st

Hi,
I need help here,
I reciently bougt a 91 AWD Talon and I have problems grinding going into first.
Wheater I am at a dead stop or try really slow this car likes to grind big time going into first.
But its funney once I am into first the rest or gears shift fine and know grinding.
Know I just had the clutch fluid changed to sycro.. and we had a few dsmers try to adjust the clutch peddel which helped alittle but it still grinds into first.
Know is this a problem with the cluth or the tranney?

Just a quick grammar lesson, please don't take offense as I see your not from the U.S

know- to understand/comprehend something
now- is a statement defining the current time/present tense
no- Ill just give an example

you should have said "no" here instead of "know"

If all other gears are fine except 1st and the clutch is adjusted properly, no leaks, correct pedal height...etc then you can assume its your tranny. Really the only way to get it done is to take it apart I would recommend you also replace andything that looks like its needs replacing, all seals/bolts/bearings/pins, and if you have the money you might as well upgrade a little bit to...
