I bought the Kiggly SFI 29.1 7 bolt flexplate as soon as i came out a couple months ago and I'm jus finally getting to install one of my engines into my AWD.

The problem is that everything binds up once I get the last (4th) converter bolt about 3/4 of way in :ohdamn:..... Once i loosen that bolt or take it out then everything unbinds slightly, then once i get the 2nd out of the 4 bolts loose/out it will unbinds even more and so on and so forth as i remove the rest of the bolts.

What is going wrong or what am I doing wrong to Install this???

I was informed the flexplates only bolt up one Way on the 4 bolt pattern, is this correct?

I was told to remove all the bolts, spin the converter 1/4 turn and start the sequence of installing and tightening them again. If it binded like it already did before then i was told I was to take all 4 back out again and repeat the 1/4 of a turn on the converter and the rest of the process until it finally wouldn't bind and all 4 of the flexplate bolts were installed.
