LSD and 1/4 mile

That is a hard question to answer, it would depend on what is done to your car now and how much of a problem that traction is at this point.

Well for example my friend has a 240sx with a sr20 swap and he was running consistent 13.5's 1/4 now after the the lsd he ran 13.2's so it makes a good difference. Regardless of modifications it will help. :thumb:

It can only help if your car spins the tires now. If the car dead hooks already, it wont make you any faster.

So your saying that for around a thousand dollars i can expect .3 to be dropped off my 1/4 mile?
thats weak

I have the Quaife and its definitly one of the best things I've done to my car yet. No more torque steer, the car pulls even harder around turns and if your car is a daily driver you'll enjoy the added traction in bad weather. It is pricey, cost me $1050 with bearings and speedo gear, but its well worth it. I replaced mine after I broke 2 teeth off my differential and sent them through my bell housing into my clutch:( . oh joy.
