i just installed a fresh rebuilt tranny. when i took the old one off, i noticed one of the friction disc springs popped out, and the flywheel and pressure plate surface looked burnt out like mirror finish. i bought new street disc and new 2600 lb. pressure plate. i also had the flywheel resurfaced. i replaced the slave cylinder and master, i rebuilt the clutch pedal assembly and i put a washer under the pivot ball. i cant get the clutch to disengage

Have someone push the clutch pedal down while you watch. Does the clutch fork move? Is the clutch fork located centrally in the hole? If it does not move then you have a hydrolic issue (needs to be rebled, bad master or slave) If it moves too much then you could be locking the pressure plate fingers onto the disc. Proper geometry is important.
Also check that ALL of your bellhousing bolts are there (including the small one under the starter) and tight.

did you bleed the new clutch hydrolic components? when you bleed air from the system you need to put a line on the clutch slave cylinder bleeder valve that goes to a container full of fluid.

Check your tranny bolts, this recently happened to me, they back out with all the vibration.
