rear dif cover?

hey guys so i just did a rear suspension rebuilt from painting the rear subframe , new bushings all around dif bushings new control, trailing, toe, arms.
and i was putting everything back together when i noticed the dif cover, on the bolts that botl to the subframe where stripped, so i got a new one and got it poweder coated, i took off the filler plug from the old one and throw it on the new one, but now i have an issu,

theres a plastic bolt that goes on top, there was no way i could take it off, and when i did i broke it, im wondering where i can get one or how i showould fix it?

yeah i actually had something like that on it but i just thought that it wouldnt work as good as stock, and i couldnt find any post regarding that, so i give jnztuning a call and it will be here next week , let me tell you, its alot of money for nothing.
