short shifter bushings add on?

what are these bushings.. like "es"?? where do they go? do i need to buy these when i get my B and M, what do they do??? thanks guys

you dont need to buy them but I would I just put mine in today WOW! what a diff!!! I dont have a short shift just the energy suspension busing set and my god such a solid throw. they go on the shifter plate. if you pop off your center consol you can see there are 4 screws and black bushings.. thats what you will be replacing.

try going to mach V motorsports and get the metal bushings instead of the rubber ones. it connects the shifter to the car with no play what so ever.
