Yup the front tires on my car are deffiently liqufied every time i press the gas now...i dont know whtas wrong yet, at the track i pulled a 1.72 spinning all 4...on tape you can see it. but when i shift to 2nd. nothing but tire spin, and 3rd is the same, maybe even a little in 4th. i just got it home looked underneatht the car and everything looks fine, so im guessing the t- case is gone. ill tear it off tommrow and take a look.

hears the twist..its rwd instead of fwd....what in the tranny other then the center diff could cause this?

If it's RWD, then it's the center diff and you are driving on the viscous coupling.

its weird though..i take the car out, drive it, its awd..launched it and it was back to the rear.ROFL the car is fun as hell this way, i wish i could keep it...LOL

i dont know what i did, i just launched the car at the track and this happened. all i can say is its one special dsm right now...LOL

so do you think i just stripped the diff out?

Keep driving it without checking things out and you might soon learn whether the diff is stripped or in pieces. The way people often discover that it's in pieces is when bits start coming through the transmission's case. That's when the $1000 job becomes $3000. Plus whatever a new VC costs.

Translation: stop drving the car.

it sure sounds like your viscous coupling is taking a beating, in which case your center diff is gone. When you make slow speed, sharp turns do any of your tires appear to be dragging?

just a loud thump when i turn left somtimes...but ive have stopped driving the car and have a stage 2 shep tranny wariting to go in, thats why im not worried about this tranny
