I want to know what year axles will interchange with a 90 turbo 5spd FWD? I have some from a 93 AT FWD, will they work? The parts store are all over on the fit issue.

Yes they will fit. The only axle that is different is the driver side axle on fwd and awd cars. Other then that if they r the same wheel drive they should fit.

Can I use the right side AWD axle on the left side since both axles have equal length.

No. The pass side axle has two male ends. The driver side has 1 male, 1 female.

Ok, what I only want is the axle. I can remove the inner joints and outer joints and just get the axle since I already have the inner joints of an existing AWD axle set. I'm thinking both axles have the same length. Are the axles interchangeable without the inner and outer joints?

from what i remember All 90-94 axles are 25 splines EXCEPT for TURBO FWD 92.5-94 AXLES WHICH ARE 27 splines.

yes, mine has 25 splines outer and 30 splines inner. I'm using a GVR-4 engine. I haven't inspected the right side yet, but I have a feeling that you can interchange the axles and just use the original joints.
