ok so after having my car in the shop for about 2 1/2 weeks while i waited for all my parts to get here and waiting for time for my mechanic to get off his ass and work on it i finally got my clutch masters fx500 clutch and my fidanza flywheel my 1/4" longer slave rod new slave cylinder that throw out bearing arm replaced....

i have the car back for 3 days i give the clutch a few days to get settled you know its a race clutch so it doesnt need breaking in, as much. I take it out to launch it i dumped the clutch car revs but doesnt go anywhere then starts makiing this clunking noise (sounds like a broken axle havent gotten to look at it yet) so i pull over turn it off call AAA when they get there i start the car up and it seems fine....

so i rev it up a little and get off the clutch slowly and it starts moving like normal but that clunking noise is still there. (i dont understand if it was just a axle the car wouldnt have reved out it would have just snapped and then taken off without any power to that wheel)

im scared that i broke my transfer case or something i dont have te money to replace this bullcrap

Clutchmasters suggests a 500 mile break-in for all of its clutches, just so you know.

ha reallly ? well i never heard of the 500 mile break in looks like im gonna take it easy for a while i guess.... thanks though and yes its ridiculous btw i found out what it is its the intermediate shaft (from the drivers axle to the transmission on a tsi awd) only 80 bucks for oem i cant find a aftermarket one anywhere i know its just keep snapping

Going by your modlist, you should *not* be snapping the intermediate shaft. You either have other problems you need to address, or you need to learn to drive you car.

You could have shot rollstops, letting everything flex enough to break the shaft. Replace them if so.

Or, you could be dumping your clutch, which is my bet...since you said so yourself. This is not how you launch. This is how you break things. Learn to slip your clutch, or next time it might be more than just an intermediate shaft breaking.

mmhmmm. dump=stupid

Unless you have the cash to fix everything you are going to break.

hmm no im poor now... and yes thank you im fully aware i suck at driveing im used to my front wheel drive honda :( loved dumping that thing.

but its a little hard to slip the clutch on the fx500, it doesnt really give you much room to slip it the clutch either grips hard chatters or doesnt grip so im not just straight dumping the clutch.

im reving it up to about 4500 and then get off the clutch to the point where i can kinda feel the car wanting to move then i try to slip it but it just grabs.

and i know this is off topic but i want to 2step but i dont have the cash for dsmlink or engine management right now some kid was telling me they make just 2step modules where you dont need ignition or engine management to 2step if so can you guys point me in the right direction ?

yea it was all torqued down and everything grr i think its just my shitting ass driveing im gonna try ot change my driveing style

Ok, you said you were poor but you want a 2-step? If you are not driving a sub 11 second car, you do not need this. Parts are easily breakable using a 2-step. It is just not necessary. Why not just learn how to drive the car first and then maybe later on when the car has a tranny that will take the abuse from a 2-step launch, then think about it. Until then, fix the problems you have and learn to drive the car first.

A stutterbox doesn't mean more wear or breakage at all.

The only thing that will suffer is accelerated clutch wear, due to higher torque when you slip the clutch while you launch.

Unless you dump it, in which case shit'll break anyway.
