Well, I got a question for you all. I have a 2600 that came with my gsx when I bought it and had it replaced w/a stocker when the clutch fork broke on me. In a couple to three months, I will have a 6 bolt in my car and I was wondering if it would be ok for me to reuse the clutch. It has probably about 11k miles on it and my mechanic said that there are some burn marks happening on the pressure plate and are uneven. Later on when I make some serious power, I was planning to buy a new tranny from shep when mine breaks. Also, I don't feel like paying $400 for a new clutch kit when it will most likely be replaced when the tranny goes in and that it will take me 2 weeks of work to pay for the clutch.
What I'm thinking about doing is just re-use the clutch until the tranny goes out and replace that along with the clutch assembly.
