exedy multi plate on a dsm?

i have read so many reviews on the exedy multiplate clutches....and they just look soo tantalizing but theyre expensive which doesn't scare me off.... i have only seen them availible for Mitsubishi Evolution IV - VII - 2.0L 1996+ and Mitsubishi Evolution VIII 2003+ so my real question is ...are the evo 4-7 trannys anything like ours?

the real reason i like these if you aren't familiar with them is that they clamp like an act2900 with the pedal pressure of a stock or act2100. also they are perfect for frequent track use and reliable street use

i work at a retail performance shop. and a distributor of mine, who i get exedy from said that they were developing a multi plate setup for the dsm cars.

HKS makes a multi plate for our car I believe. That's alot clutch though.

They're 7 bolts. Look for a multiplate for the evo 1-3.
I've used the exedy on a WRX, it's a little harder to launch so keep that in mind for drag racing.

prices vary usually around $1400 - $2100 but thats for the evos which are like NDgsx said they are 7bolt
