All right, I've been searching sites and forums for a few weeks, looking for a shop or vendor that sells driveshafts. I haven't come up with much. My choices are either picking up a used one out of a shell off of DSMtrader, or paying 900 dollars from Satan. Can anybody point me in another direction? Thanks in advance. BTW, the car is a 91 tsi AWD 5 spd.

Do you still have the stock one? There are a couple of places I know that sell aftermarket ones, but they only replace the first two portions of the shaft. http://www.driveshaftshop.com/

When my drive shaft blew, I had it fully rebuilt for 600 bucks. They put on NEW carier bearings, joints, and built up the funky GKM(or somthing) joint on the rear section. It works fantasicly, and the guys at the shop said it can with stand 400+ whp, which I know I will never make.

pst racing makes some good driveshafts, but if you really got money and i mean a lot acpt make killer drive shafts only 8 lbs. prob is price which is near 1500-2000 id go with the pst racing if your on a budget starts at 200

thanks for the replies, I just picked one up from mitsubishi graveyard instead. 125 shipped. :thumb:
