Need help Please

I was driving on teh highway 2day for about 40 minutes, after 1 min i get off from teh highway thsi noise just show up when im in gear its soudn like metal on metal is touching. its in every single gear except neutral i dont knwo what is it .. u think it might be teh flywheels or clutch... ohh and when im starting car from 1st or reverse at low rpm lets say 1200-1500 there is that knock.............need help asap

Agreed. Probably the throwout bearing has worn down a good bit.

how much it cost and is it hard to replace
P.S: shoudl i change my flywheel with that

U think my flywheel got loosen up cuz when i start goin from 1st or even 2nd and u let it go off clutch slowly u cousl hear one knock..

Mechanic said its the clutch... he wants 750-900 for it with clutch 300 bucks
my dad prolly knows how to change . i got teh clutch with flywheel
