I dont have reverse in my 91 talon

please give me the worst and the cheapest possiblities

Cheapest is the shift cables need to be adjusted. The cables could also be worn out and need replacing.

So it goes into 1,3 and 5? How hard is it to pull the shifter out of 1,3 and 5?
