With the help of a few fellow DSMers we got my ACT2100 installed Tuesday. All I can say is that this thing grabs like crazy!! I almost stalled out when I first started to take off in 1st gear. I haven't had a chance to see how this thing grabs at full throttle yet because I'm babying it and staying out of boost while the clutch breaks in. I've noticed it is much harder to synchronize gear shifts to where the car doesn't jerk a little when changing gears.
So back to my question, at the track on the stock clutch I would rev to about 3k rpms and slip the clutch in. Is this still the technique I should use with the ACT2100, or is there another technique that would work better with this newfound grip?
