I have a question. Isn't there supposed to be some sort of guidelines that a track must follow in order to operate? Even if they are not a NHRA track I would think there are some rules they have to follow even on a Test and Tune or street car night. The track I went to on Friday was so bad it was unbelievable.

1. They had no tech inspection at all

2. There was no EMTs on site

3. There was only one person guiding the staging lanes. From experience they usually have one guy to send you into the burnout box and another to send you up to the starting line.

4. They had street bikes doing stunts down the strip. IE wheelies Knack Kancks and so on.

5. They had kids under the age of 12 running 4 wheelers down the track.

6. There was absolutely no sign in whatsoever to identify your car other than the tech card that you handed in. Even that lacked the tech inspectors signature beause there was no tech inspection.

I personally could have let a couple of these slide if not for the fact that they were running cars hitting over 100mph in the 1/8th. I personally have no intention of going back to a track that lacks any professionalism. I think this is a nightmare just waiting to happen and something needs to be done before someone gets sued, hurt, or even killed.
