What should I run???

I have a 1990 Talon AWD 5 spd. I'm not sure what times I should be running. I just got the car and haven't had a chance to take it to the track yet. It has a full 3 in. exhaust , hacked K&N intake , MBC , ported 16G w/ 2G ported manifold , port & polished head w/ 3 angle valve job , stock clutch w/ 235/45VR-17 Yokohama's.

13.5 if you know what the hell you're doing at the lights

14.5 if you suck

I dunno i think you should be faster then 13.5 and it doesnt matter if he knows what he is doing at the light. he could have a 5 second r/t and still do good in the 1/4 time wise. Check the 1/4 mile time list on this site and try and find sumone with close to the amount of mods you have and see what they are running.

16G with supporting mods on a AWD is good for really impressive times, but you only listed a 3" exhaust, no fuel work so Ima guestimate mid 13s.

I have a 255lph fuel pump also. Don't know if that makes too much a difference though.

jezus guys, with those mods I don't see why he can't be somewhere in the 12's.

Yeah , I suppose I should definitely be in the 13s. It all depends on my driving skill though. If my car were in the hands of a real expert , I'm sure they could squeeze out a 12 second run. But me having owned a Miata before , I plan to work my way down the 1320 a little faster at a time. No rush , right?

you better be in the 12's or at least LOW 13's. I ran 13.3 with the 14b, stock IC, stock injectors.

Ive seen more Big16G AWD cars running high 13s/low 14s its embarrasing. Its because they dont do any fuel work, just slap on a turbo and expect to go fast.

Once I get enough money I will buy an Apexi Super AFC. I currently have a Palm based Datalogger, so once I have a way to tune it , I should be in good shape.
