Help with coming out of the hole.

I've been hitten the track a lot lately and I can't for the life of me get anything better than a 1.9 60 ft. On average I get 1.93-1.96's and its pissing me off. If I try to slip out the clutch it'll slip to much so I am not sure if I am doing it or what. If I side step it it almost feels like the flywheel is chattering and clutch isn't grabbing then hammers out of the whole. Like it'll pull for a split second the chatter a lil then rape the tires. I can't seem to get the slip dump method down. When I practice at home it'll launch awesome, but never at the track. I figure the flywheel is chattering because it wasn't turned when the 2100 went in. Hopefully a new flywheel will solve my problem though. Anyway, if anybody could give some advise that would be awesome.

Last year for the life of me I couldn't get lower than 1.9's. I finally figured out I was launching at too high of an RPm and spinning the tires. Dropped my launch RPM and that solved the problem.

What rpm were you launching at and what did you lower it to?
