First time with the Talon at the track!!

Well I have owned the car for about a week now. I wanted to take it to the track to see what it could do before I start to mod it. Here are the details:

1991 Eagle Talon TSI awd - 5 speed

115k miles

- K & N air filter with modded air box
- MBC set at 14-15 psi
- AGX adjustables all the way around
- Eibach springs
- Big brakes up front
- Front strut tower bar

Really there isn't much done to the car at all. Aside from what I listed above, the car is 100% stock performance wise. Here is the timeslip:

60' - 1.996
330 - 5.894
1/8 - 9.206
1/8 mph - 74.98
1000 - 12.028
1/4 - 14.459
1/4 mph - 92.70

I still am VERY new to this car. And it still needs some fine tuning to get it running like new. My launches were ok, but I know I can do better. I think once I start to make more power and get a real clutch. I'll be pulling those killer 60 foot times all day long.

14.5 at 95 and I am AWD. All I have is a act2100 and a airfilter. Sad thing is my launches are all 2.0's

not bad! I am 99% stock with clutch and airfilter. ACT2100 I installed myself and messed up so da 60ft for me is only 2.0's! sad for awd. Then again I am runnin 14.5 at 95 MPH which is damn good for awd and 120k on a 2g I am in Ohio 2 where do you race at!

Well that run was at slow Edgewater near cincinnati, oh. I normally run up at dragway 42 or Norwalk.

Im down here in n. ky. and ive been meaning to go check out edgewater, just havent been up there. Ive never raced my car on a track, what do you need? Is a helmet required, my car is about 98 percent stock and just wanted to see what i could run. Maybe ill see you up there sometime.

If you run 13.99 or faster you'll need a helmet. If not, just show up and race
