im going with the following setup and would like to know what i could expect out of my

98 g s

Intake
Exhaust (3in)
Hahn Racecraft Stage 2
Front Mount IC
Plugs
Wires
Short Throw Shifter
Evo Body Kit (Blitz sides) (forgot the name of the rear)
Turbo Timer

Dont know what a S-AFC is yet and i hope someone can pm me with an explaniation of what all the gauges that i will need do and the best place i can get the car tuned one i finish

( I LIVE IN LOUISIANA ) .... *dont laugh*

i also have a 92gs type r integra and everyone is crying for me to fix it up but im a true blue DSM fan (my car is red not blue :p) so im going with it over the teggy...

if there is anything else i will be needing then please tell me because i would love to hit mid to high 13's without going internal on the motor but i fear that i am going to have to ....

would someone please message me back with the information that i am requesting and tell me what to expect.

AND PLEASE DO NOT TELL ME TO BUY A TURBO MODEL...

I BEG OF YOU!!!

  First of what is a gs type-r??? Do you have an integra type-r? That would have been better to mod than you non-turbo, IMO. You actually have a turbo kit with no other mods than what you mentioned? No afc, no injectors, no fuel pump, no BOV n stuff or boost control...holy crap is your car in for a beating! You should definetly get some fuel control and then have it tuned before you race it. Not having a 4G63, you haev a much higher chance of burning/blowing up your motor with a turbo on there. Be carfeul...

Should I be the one to raise the flag on this? All your mod list says is that you have a HRC stage 3...and you said you have a stage 2. I definetly think your bullsh!tting us! You don't know what an integra is and you chose to mod a non turbo dsm with a HRC turbo kit (2 or 3), and say you dont know what an afc is...wtf?? Dont those kits come with some sort of fuel control or something. Im being pretty nice right now, and definetly expect you to prove me wrong...

i do have an integra type r its white and if you want when i get home i can post the VIN number on it...

and my wish list says that i want a stage 3 not that i have a stage 2

im just jumping into the import scene and i want to get a good grip on a nice car and i bought the integra used from another guy in my hometown and it already has 128k miles on it and i dont know what all was wrong with it but other than that i bought the eclipse with 500miles on it in 1998 and its a gs and i want to fix it up because i know EXACTLY WHAT WAS WRONG WITH IT AND WHAT HAS GONE WRONG WITH IT...

and as far as people telling me i should get a GST or a GSX and fix these cars up i realize they are easier to fix up but as high as my insurance is i cant afford one of those.

and also """andela""" your sitting here trying to tell me what i am doing wrong but the apology is accepted and thank you for apologizing its accepted...

and as far as gauges go for my car i wasnt sure on what all i needed and i know i needed larger injectors but i wasnt sure what type and alot of the time the post that i ask questions in noone awnsers my questions alot of the time...

Hey I made a simple mistake, and I apologized because I think that it is important to when you fugg up. I just read what you posted earlier, saw your mods and then read that you said you have a 92 gs type-r which there is no such thing. Im not trying to ridicule you or just sit down and tell you what went wrong, but the integra thing threw me off. I know quite a bit about Hondas, and for sure know that there was not any 2nd gen (90-93) integra type-r's made let alone any "gs type-r's..."

I gave you a few links, one of them being Hahn Race Craft, whom you should speek with before you order your turbo kit. They can recommend what they think is appropriate for your setup to be succeesful. One more tip also, even though my writing is pretty bad its still legible, try to reread your posts and use some kind of punctuation before hand and you will have more people to respond guaranteed;)

well i dont use periods alot because when i type i type pretty fast (have to for work) and i never take out the time to use punctuation...

sorry, as far as the ridicule me thing goes, dude i think your cool and hold no beef for it, its just i am new and i own a acura and a dsm and i want to "fix up" my dsm because it was my plan since i bought it in 98.

but i was wondering why noone has tried to help me and if its just a simple problem to fix like punucation then i will try to fix this.

sorry for the inconvience that i may have caused.

dude there is like 200000 idiots here and noone around my dang area (accept Sonic Boom In New Orleans) that "May" know how to adjust the afc.

There not on the car yet its items im thinking about buying really soon and putting on the car. I was "trying" to do some research about the items and what times i should expect when the modifications are installed. Im sorry if i come off that i dont know anything but in a way thats correct because everytime i ask any of my questions (not stupid questions but there just questions im concerned with)

I Get Either
A: Flamed
B: No Awnser
C: Someone Calling Me A Liar
D: Telling Me To Buy A Turbo Car

Thats why i was just trying to read up on the items i want before i buy them, or get some good awnsers to make sure i dont just throw the money away and be unhappy...
