Ok here's the deal I've been to the track 2 times and both time i can only get a [email protected]. Now i have a 97 GST and the first time i went i had a Intake,Exhaust, and Short shifter the second time i Had a MBC set to 15 psi and greddy BOV and the car was running worse. What can be wrong with my car?

Driver--Might me but i don't think so because my 60' was 2.0-2.2

Clutch--Could be it's getting hard to drive every day but no slipping.

Air leak-- Checked only thing leaking was the MBC.

Tires-- stock came with the car. continental something

I'm lost at what it could be, Anyone have any ideas?
thanks - Kenny

Have you done a leak test with your new BOV installed??? maybe its leaking????

Your launches are good but it seems like your losing power up top, maybe your timing is being pulled for some reason??

Don't forget the T-25 falls off above 5000 so don't hold your shifts for to long

I did the leak test with the new BOV and MBC and the MBC was leaking bad so i took it off and did the Fuel pump rewire and the car feel better in 3rd gear and i tried shiftting at 5500 i got slower time but that might have been because of the leaking MBC. Who knows?

Shifting at 5500 is a bit ot low to me. When I had my t-25 I tryed that but I found that my rpms were to low for the next gear.Try shifting around 6300. That is definitly not your problem though. I ran 14.5 with 2.2 60' shifting at 7000. Where did you run that at. Altitude may be affecting you. What kind of gas are you using. At least super right? What was the temp when you ran. Check your plugs and wires. It's really hard to say whether it's the car or the driver but does sound like the car in your case. Do have any exta weight in the car( stero equ. and such). I don't know but I ran a 15.2 missing 2nd so there is something going on somewhere.

Ok i'd say it was about 75-80 degress. I took out my box and spare and i was running 93 oct. I checked the turbo when i did a leak test and it seemed fine no shaft play or anything but this is just the intake side.
When i did the leak test i could only get the boost gauge up to 6 psi is that enough to see everthing leaking?

If it only goes up to 6psi then you must have a leak somewhere.

When it is at 6 pounds quickly shut off the pump and listen for leaks

Another method is to spray problem areas with soapy water and look for bubbles;)

Hope this helps
