Another Cyclone IM thread, im sorry!

Okay, So i recently bought a 7bolt with a rebuilt 1g head and a cyclone intake manifold + 60mm TB. Yes I read the big thread on how to hook it up, correctly acutate it and the tech guides on how to do it. The thing is I'm more of a visual/hands on learner then having to read about how to do it, if anyone understands that So what im asking is...can anyone make/come up with a short more non-tech version of what I have to do to probably get it working when I drop this motor in and hook it up. Can someone make me a list/link me to what I have to order parts wise to get it working? I would greatly appreciate it, and sorry moderators about another JDM thread .

Don't be sorry. Just read the huge Cyclone thread, and the Technical Article about hooking it up. You won't have anyone near you who've done it.
