It's pretty straightforward and I think the best plan is getting a whole new piece. If you are trying to be cheap as possible you can try to refabric or work with what you've got.

remove the pillars, two front and the rear, and the visors and the one right handle and it should come down. remove old material, scrub off old glue carefully. spray with 3M adhesive and apply new fabric of choice.
