is there anything i should tell the machine shop to do to my 7 bolt(anything about the crank or something like that) other than jst bore it out and do everthing else needed to clean up the cylinder walls...

Align hone the main bearing/cap while torqued to spec, replace freeze plugs, hot tank it, mill the head/block surface.
