Love the TIG here too!.. One thing you might want to do is to get a female fitting half to screw over the male threads when welding. Even though TIG don't throw sparks i have had an arc jump and ruin a perfectly good fitting a few times way back.. now I have one female of each AN size to put over the threads while i weld (also keeps them from getting banged up on the welding table and by wrenches!

+1 for some finished pics!

EDIT: IS THAT 1/8 filler rod???... If so that's HUGE!!!!!!! ( I use 3/32 at most and mostly 1/16th for nice fine beads, but since AL eats up filler fast there is a lot of times i will just run the 3/32)

I was gonna say. That rod looks huge for what you're welding.

Uh OK. I have a Costco special digicam, how do I do that?:D
I'm afraid my camera will either melt or explode with that much light coming in.

It depends on your cam dave, if its those small point and shoot cams, although they are super advance these days, most of the settings on them are all auto and pre-set, you have to see if it has manual setting. If not check the preset modes if you have some. A lot of cameras have different ones based on the environment you are shooting. Like night mode, daylight, etc. Look for the one that would fit best for this type of shot..
