i tested my compression today and it was 1/145,2/130,3/140,4/128 so what i need to know is what is my compression supposed to be? is this as screwed up as i think it is?

Sounds right. However, the primary concern is the difference between cylinders. You're kinda on the edge, but nowhere near a trip to the junkers.
