What kind of MBC do you have, turn the screw the other way, I did the same thing with mine. . whoops, spring was to hard, changed springs, now I get 15psi every time, cost me about 6 bucks at lowes:)

Umm... with most good MBC's, if the screw is all the way in you'll have max boost. You probably want the screw OUT.

Yes, unscrew it for that one. Only with a bleeder would you screw it in.
