Motor Mount Inserts

I read that you can make your own polyurethane motor mount inserts and it's much cheaper than buying aftermarket ones. I'm thinking about doing this because the car is down for right now anyway ... anyone know where to buy the stuff? How much do you need for 4 mounts?
