TB question

Well i just bought a 1g Throttle Body and 3 ports were blocked off except for the "P" port... now im just about finishing my 6 bolt swap and was wondering if i can use this TB, will i still pass emmissions? will my cel go on? i am also using the 1g head and intake manifold... my main reason is that i dont want to fail emmissions, will my EGR have to be blocked off? should i just follow the diagram from taboo? thanks for any help.

those ports are for emissions and taboo has diagrams, thats about all i know
i was planing on removing my emissions, but i dont really know if it will pass or not
