2G ported 02 housing on a 1G

I've got a friend selling a stock 2G 02 sensor housing ported out to 2.5in. He's selling it cheap, so I was wondering if it would fit on my 1G? I've got the stock 14B.. If it won't, can anyone recommend a good larger 02 housing that's not insanely priced (not 300 dollars or around that)? I don't want it with the wastegate dump.. that's just too loud for street use. It has to vent back into the downpipe.

the 2G o2 housing should fit on your 1G.

if you want reasonably priced aftermarket check out 122 performance.

Don't worry, it will fit with no problem. Just make sure its still in good condition.

I picked it up Friday night and it's in very good condition. It's ported by Forced Performance, and is done very nicely. What do I do about the O2 sensor thing? Do I use a 1G or a 2G?

Use your 1g they should be the same size.
