I ordered ARP head studs for a 6 bolt block, they are 12mm studs made for a 6 bolt. The part # on the box says there for a 6 bolt and are 12mm. But here is the thing, i am putting my 2g head on a 6 bolt block. I have been told many times that the head is 11mm and need to be drilled out to 12mm. Well out of curiosity, i tried to put them into my 2g head, they slid right in. Now why would they do that if there supposably 1mm bigger than that head uses. How could they fit in there. Also, i tried threading them into my old 7bolt block and the screwed right in, a little loose, but the threaded in. Now how could they fit if there 12mm and a 7 bolt block is 11mm. Something isnt right, any help. Think they could have put 11mm bolts in the box by accident? Just doesnt make sence.
