external oil cooler

If i went with an external oil cooler. Where do the oil lines run from the turbo that used to go into the oil cooler on the oil filter housing?? And what do i do about the coolant lines that ran through the oil filter housing?

yea...coolant lines ran from the motor to the oil cooler and back to the block. What do i do with those lines?

Delete the hoses & blank them off at source - (I deleted the piping that runs by the Oil Filter Dipstick over to hose at the Thermo Housing too, so you get rid of clutter & actually 3 hoses all total) Then I pulled the Oil Filter Bolt from the Oil Filter Housing (24MM Deep Well Socket) - Cut the longer threaded portion off of that bolt & Loctited it back into the Housing - the Filter then goes straight on a nice solid housing like it should have anyway.
