I can't give my opinion on either by experience but from what I know about both, I would say Green, no question. If you are going to get a green though you should look into the AGP l2r. :)

Oh sure take a dirty green and compare it to that work of art and the FP turbo goes down hard

I made 369whp and 353 lb/ft of torque @ 21psi with my old BR20G, I have since moved on to an L3R (not on the car yet). It was a great turbo for a street car in my opinion. I have ridden in Green powered cars comparable to mine and I liked them better. They spool later but pull harder on the top. I have no personal experience with the L2R but the engineering is sound and the people who are running them seem tobe having great luck so far. The ball bearing CHRA will provide for a very quick spool for a turbo of its size and the new garrett GT wheels will provide great efficiency and improve aerodynamics over convnetional Garrett turbine and compressor wheels.

Whoa!! I just got my car back from Extreme on Tuesday. And I just installed the L2R on Thursday. I havent even had a chance to really get on it yet. All I can say is that its pullingas hardas my S20G did at 20 psi. Im only running 15 on the L2rR right now. I will have progress reports as time goes on. And yes, it does spool quicker than my S20G.

I'd like to hear a comparison of a previous FP Green owner who now runs an L2R. You know any previous green owners who have the AGP now?

20G vs. Green

Um, let's see... one is bigger? This is like comparing a 14B to a 16G... wait, no, I already saw that thread.

The ones i saw didnt look too much different... and besides i thought the green was based on a 20g.... but anyways.. for you guys posting pics... i dont really care what one is shinier. its about performance not looks.. and the green i saw was just as pretty as your Lr2 ... but good info so far.. im not planning on getting one until after christmas.. so we will see when the time comes.

Huh, is that pic of the Green for real?? I swore those had Garrett comp. housings, but that clearly has a Mitsu symbol cast into it. I guess I'll have to do a little more reading.

Here is a apples to apples pic of a Green since it looks like GSX4LIFE is clearly on the AGP campain. You should be in politics guy.

It is refreshing to see someone concerned with performance instead of shine though.

 So does a 14B and 16G... I guess those must be the same too. And the Green doesn't look like a 20G because a 20G has a 2.5" inlet and the Green has a 3" inlet. The Green has both a larger compressor wheel and turbine wheel.

And yes, you need to do a lot more research if you don't know this stuff already.

I assume you mean the 3055 and I didn't even know it was available for retail buyers yet. Probably around 1700 or so?
