Tsudo $300 vs Apexi $500 3" catback

Does anyone know if the Tsudo N-1 catback is shaped the same as the Apexi N-1. I am looking into getting one of these. The Tsudo is nearly $200 cheaper and is made intierly of stainless steel unlike the apexi that is just a protection coated steel. But I know that apexi makes some great stuff and I love the sound of their N-1. So I am wondering if the Tsudo N-1 I shaped the same and will offer the same preformance as the Apexi

just buy a catback from rnr, ad is at the top of the page
n1 style tip, reasonable pricing, and they are proven to make good power on dsm's

i wouldnt waste my money on an apexi catback, iv never known anyone to have one on a turbo car and be happy with it
i myself am i big fan of the thermal catback, thats whats on my car, and thats exactly what i would buy if i had another dsm to put exhaust on, but to each his own

i have the apexi n-1 turbo back kit and i love the thing to death i thought it was worth the whole 700 to get it and i wouldnt have gotten anyother one
