port and polishing my head

hey fellas one of one of my buddys from back in high school and i sorta ran into eachother sunday night at the street races and we were talking and he happends to work in an auto shop in a high school.he's an assistan for the teacher.the teacher happend to race back in his days and lets the kids work on their cars in the shop.my buddy specializes in port and polishing heads,manifolds,throttle bodies,ect.and he saw my car looked at the mods and said get me an extra head give me about a week and i will port and polish it.he says he port and polish it stage three,do a three angle valve job and all,for free!i said hell yea.so im about to look for an extra head but what im wondering is what else would i need?i mean as far as valve springs, and all that the head needs.what should i add since the head will be fully ported and polished,as far as cams,pistons,rods all that good stuff?allright fellas ur help would be appriciated.thanks!

cars come stock with a 3 angle valve job, dont let him mess up the flow though
