Which Hard parts to go high 11's?

If you read "Out of the box/92 GSX" in this forum you'll see how I got My GSX.

I already have a VPC waiting to be snapped in, but no chip.
I have a 3" cat-back and am waiting on the 3" O2 eliminator DP
I ordered an ACT2600 clutch so that will help support.

But the things I don't have are:

Turbo
Wastegate (If applicable)
Injectors
Intercooler
cams
AFPR
Fuel pump

I wanna go high 11's.

I don't want to go the "usual" route that some people use for upgrades.

Can I do this and Not spend a fortune, i.e. the prices on Buschurs' site, Extreme's site.

I wanna know what YOU guys would do, If this Blue GSX just fell into your lap. What setup would you use to get to the goal of high 11's?

I'm still new at this, but I'll say what I can. Since it looks like you want to stay inexpensive, here's what I would do:

Fuel pump-- get a used Denso fuel pump from a 3000GT VR-4.
Cat-- get rid of the stock one if you still have it and get a high-flow or just use a test pipe if you can get away with it.
Cams-- I'm pushing the edge of my knowledge here, but I don't think you NEED cams to run 11s.
Turbo-- [flame suit on] If it were me, this is where I'd not skimp if possible. I think that an AGP L2R, DSMPerf ETE32, or FP Green can get you there, but so will other stuff. You may be able to squeeze 11s out of a 16G or Big 16G (and they're a lot less $$$), but I don't know enough to say. Turbo choice is always a hot topic, so be prepared for dissenting opinions and heated debate.

"Used" parts are not required, just a good part w/o having to pay up tha butt, you know?

The car is in really good shape, so I wanna put parts on I can flaunt a little ;)

Anyways, which intercooler? which fuel delivery system? Anything i'm leaving out, i'll think of it later.
