After I install my test pipe will I get a CEL and should I worry about it?

Yes or no. If you do, I wouldn't worry about it. Most people who get a CEL get an O2 simulator or just leave it be.

I think its hit or miss. If you get a CEL, just reset the battery, or do what he said. It's purely an emission related cell. I think all the O2 sensor is therefore is to detect if you have a cat or not.
