I made and installed a manual boost controller and now i am only getting 8 or 9 psi. does anyone know what could be the problem.. i thought it might be the spring.. but i doubled one up and i still only get the same amount. before i installed it i was getting 11psi. so i know it has to be something with the mbc. has anyone installed one without drilling the little hole in it? maybe thats the problem. any help will be appreciated.

as i matter of fact i just finished my mbc today and put it on. i think the spring i have is a bit strong and i get 20+ psi on the lowest setting. it's all good though. i have no hole drilled in mine so i'm thinking it's either your spring doesn't have enough compression or your ball bearing is too small.

yeah i figured it out.. i couldnt find the right size nipples so i got 1/4 instead of 3/16 hose barbs. and i still used the same ball berring. so when the hole opens up is bigger and therefore lets more air through. but i looked for the damn 3/16 ones in like 8 places. i dont know where else to go to look.
