what fmic core is the best?

ok my old fmic was a little 30x6x2 guy that got to meet a dog at 60mph. And it worked but I know it was restricting me. So I am looking for a new FMIC and I have been hearing the apexi is a realy good core. And the greddy kit will overheat your car on hot days. But I haven't seen anything about the RnR fmic for the 2g. Is anyone running this set up? And how is it working out? I am about to drop a 6 bolt fully built motor. I am shooting for over 450hp in my awd now......but i know i will be goin for more later so i want a good fmic that will hold up to that much.
Also I will be running a PTE 56 trim on the car.
