Question: Dejon Intake's and BOV

I was just wondering if anyone else noticed that after installing the Dejon Intake that the BOV was much hard to hear the "pssssshhhhh" sound. Don't get me wrong, I'm not concerned about that, I just want to make sure all is well. I can hear my turbo spool alot more with the Dejon. Anyhow, I am curious to know if other's have noticed this. BTW, I have a 1G BOV and 3" Dejon without charcoal canister or air nipple.

when i installed my injen intake it made the bov(still had the stock 2g) sound much much better you could actually tell i had a bov.

Well, I can hear the turbo spool much more now, and you can hear the bov, it was just a louder whoosh with the stock intake.

with the injen intake i could hear the turbo spool up much more too, and i could definetly tell i had a bov.....id go by people on the street and let off the gas(i have a automatic) and you could definetly tell there was a bov. before you could barely hear it. now i have an hks ssq bov....and i scare people with it. i also just did the boost solinder restrictor free mod and you can hear the turbo spool faster and it makes a better noise too.

I'm not concerned about whether people can hear it or not :> , just that I want to make sure this is normal, or perhaps something is wrong. It was the same way with my old 2.5 inch dejon also. Maybe I'm just paranoid ... I scare people with the dumptube now :>

I hear the spooling and the BOV WAY better then stock with my Dejon intake and upper IC pipe. Mind you I have a 1G, dont know if it makes a diff.

I'm talking about door #2 (the red one) hard pipe all the way ..mine's 3inch diameter

The only reason I asked is because I was going to get the black one (partial intake, not the whole pipe) because I heard it actually made the bov sound LOUDER. Every post I've read said it does the exact opposite of what you said so I'm not sure bro.

The injen made mine sound alot more for sure...both turbo spool and BOV sound is better...Now I am waiting for a new BOV so I can raise boost pressure too*S*
