Abs Or No Abs

still thinkin of i should remove teh ABS motor and everthing else....it takes up a lot of space...but is it really needed? i still want a daily driven car out of my car though....who here removed their ABS or didn't have ABS to begin with?

You could be sued if you hit someone and it was because you couldn't stop in time or something like that. That is if they find out you took it out.

It's currently not working on my car... Actually, it's been broken since I bought it. I think it's a bad relay somewhere... Anyways, I'd recommend keeping it. I don't street drive the car much (just to/from track), but the brakes lock up VERY easy on the track... Thought I'd never say this about a racecar, but I sure wish the ABS worked! I really gotta get the thing fixed!

???? I suppose, but I wouldn't make this the main reason I DIDN'T do it (i.e. fear of lawsuit). I suppose you could also be sued for putting on a big brake kit. You could also be sued for not having an SAE tech install/bleed your brakes. You could also be sued for adding HP and NOT putting on a big brake kit. You could also be sued for....fill in the blank. You can be sued for anything. I, personally, wish I had ABS. I don't think I would take it off if I did have it.
