My motor is starting to take a shit on me and i have a TON of extra money saved up from summer job and stuff and was wondering... how hard would it be to put a VR-4 engine into my car, just kinda getting ideas. thanks

That doesnt help me at all on how to swap a VR-4 motor into a 2g eclipse.

so i take the bottom of a vr-4 engine with the twin turbos and just put on a 2g head and bolt it up to the tranny i have right now?

I think this "genious" here wants to put a 3000GT VR4 motor in his car, not a Galant VR4 motor.

This is truly the sign of intelligence!

thats all i wanted to know, to see if it was worth it
thanks

I agree. Good luck trying to put a V6 Twin Turbo motor into a DSM. It's just not a realistic possibility. The motor is too big for our engine bays and wouldn't be easy. Its possible, with the right amount of money, but it seems pointless in that you could easily spend that money on mods and make ur car 345246456x faster than just a 3000GT motor would be.
