spark plugs gap

what is the best spark plug gap and when is a good time to switch to a colder plug....im running the stock(.032) gap....im gonna get colder plugs and wanna know if the gap changes or leave it as stock....19psi big 16g..93 octane....

if u upgrade your turbo is a good time to get a colder spark plug. And yes you just gap them the same as 6ES

.028 is best...especially for what you have. Thats what I run and I have a similar set up as you 19psi Big16g 91octane...no knock
