FWD to AWD

some people with spyder gst's have done it but you should probably jsut buy an awd and sell your FWD. It will take a lot less time, money and effort than converting.

Will it??
Because i have a chance to buy a 96 gst for 3k.

You cant find an awd 2nd gen for anywhere around that, and if you can you realy need to show me.

anything wrong the 2nd gen eclipse? are u gonna heavily modify it? it sould be possible ud need to get hold on entire rear end and transmission and all new drive trains. it would be more work than worth it in the most case. FWD really isnt that bad. i have a GST also and in the long run a GST kills a GSX just because of how much more hp is stolen from tranny in GSX.

Call RRE. They do the FWD>AWD conversion. Be prepared to spend upwards of $5K. Good luck.

OK, you are on crack:p. The GST as a GENERAL rule will be better on the highway pulls (GST and GSX with exactly the same mods) because it is lighter, but from the hole, the GSX has an obvious advantage (60' launch + AWD, etc- slicks will help a GST, but rarely as much as an evenly matched GSX). We cannot argue with the laws of physics, guys!

Read the timeslips, read the tech section. It doesn't take a genious to figure that out.
